What countries do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in Canada, United States and worldwide. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

How do you ship?
We ship smaller to medium sized items either via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Larger items are
shipped via freight companies such as compassfreight.com.

How are your shipments packaged?
Every item we ship is professionally packaged using industry standard packaging materials.

Do you insure the shipments against damage?
Every item we ship is insured by the courier / freight company.

How long does the delivery takes?
Delivery in United States and Canada takes between 10 to 15 business days depending on your location.

Do you have a return policy?
We would like to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your
purchase, we will happily provide a full refund or exchange within 15 days of your purchase. (A return
shipping charge and restocking fee of 15% may apply).

Can I order a custom piece or request a particular item?
In some cases we might be able to accommodate your custom requirements for reclaimed wood items.
